Many studies have been conducted on student outcomes in two and four year degree programs. The quantitative study looked at correlational values between practical nursing student outcomes and prior nurse aide experience. Past student records were used from a seven year time frame to gather data. While statistical data showed no significance, interesting data emerged demographically.
