by Hall, Samantha, M.S.W., California State University, Long Beach, 2011, 55; 1499257
Abstract (Summary)

The purpose of this project was to develop a proposal seeking funding to implement an art therapy program to reduce stress among men living with HIV. Participants will be selected from psychosocial support groups for HIV positive men that currently exist at The Comprehensive Aids Research and Education (CARE) program in Long Beach, CA. This project sought to identify possible funding sources for grants via the internet through a variety of private and governmental opportunities, in addition to the various potential funding availabilities through the American Art Therapy Association. Actual submission, and or funding, was not a project requirement.
