The Internet has changed the face of business and consumer activities around the world. Today businesses can communicate around the world via the Internet in seconds. Many consumers and businesses pursue business activities far differently today than they did just a few years ago. The widespread availability, and ease of use of the Internet to the average person and business has forever changed the landscape of daily business activities for most consumers and companies. This paper, a report on my practicum, explores some of the areas in business where the Internet has changed the process of how business is accomplished in the 21st century.
