With each passing year, mankind continues to take a step forward in technology and medicine. However, this also means the evolution of new bacteria and diseases, many of which remain uncured. The need for great provider care is a constant concern in the healthcare industry and many healthcare organizations are facing challenges hiring the right candidates. In addition, medical professionals have time demanding careers as it is, with many having little spare time to job hunt. This is where K-Medical Staffing can be of help. It is an independent recruiting agency, servicing hospitals and clinics in California. Our job is to find the right opportunities for medical professionals for hospitals and clinics suffering from staff shortage or have coverage issues. The target location of the company is Southern California, primarily in Los Angeles and its underprivileged neighborhoods. The goal is to identify and recruit proper medical staff in order to provide more coverage within overpopulated communities. Finding the right providers can help enhance the accessibility and value of medical care within the community.
