Alzheimer’s disease will eventually affect everyone in this world whether it is a relative, a friend, or a next door neighbor. This disease is projected to triple in diagnosis in California and many people do not realize the severity of this illness. Since age is the primary risk factor for this disease, the main target is the elderly population. Once a person has Alzheimer’s, their main goal is to increase their quality life in a safe environment in which relatives do not have to worry about their comfort of care. In this business proposal, Estelita’s Care Facility will be the outlook that people desire when they are faced in deciding to put their loved ones in a residential care facility; and will be located in East Los Angeles to provide the special services that are needed to care for an Alzheimer’s patient. The goal of this facility is to provide the best care possible to each person and to reduce the burden that is put upon their families.
