This Nutrition and Whole-Body Wellness Curriculum for Mental Health Clients covers a multitude of researched techniques which can help individuals struggling with mental health conditions to manage their symptoms. These techniques will focus on the topics of nutritional benefits, supplemental micronutrient research, exercise, and mindfulness activities. This psychoeducational curriculum will provide information, practice, discussion, and resources which clients can implement into their routines to help manage their wellness plan.
