Abstract (Summary)

One can have the best business idea, however, without revenue generation and profitability the idea will not be financially viable. Given that Home Care, Meeting You There will be starting first with a basic private pay business model and then move into the more complicated aspects of obtaining Medicare certification and being able to obtain reimbursement from CMS it is important to understand the market and reimbursement model. Home Care, Meeting You There LLC (Home Care, Meeting You There) intends to offer home health services in the city of Los Angeles, with a stair stepped approach. The organization will first start with cash pay patients for in home personal assistance services to minimize the timeframe where there is no revenue generation and in time will grow into providing Medicare in home services reimbursable by CMS. Home Care, Meeting You There’s business implementation work plan is well thought out, adequately funded and leverages the strengths of the organization, management team, and is for a service offering that is in high demand.
