ATB Sportsplace Business Plan: Proposal for a Bay Area Indoor Sports Facility

Abstract (Summary)

The purpose of this project is to develop a business plan for a commercial recreation facility that provides indoor sports, specifically basketball and volleyball, programming geared towards youth development and community development through sport and sport culture. The vision of the business addresses youth development and sports culture to serve the residents in Fremont, California. The formal business plan provides guidance and structure in business development as well as support when seeking potential investment and funding opportunities. Primarily, the business plan serves as a foundation for the realization of operations, management, programming products and services, policies and procedures, as well as financial and marketing strategy. Development of this project business plan includes research, outlining the business plan, establishment of business-organization principles and formalizing the plan to ensure success of the business as a staple in the Fremont sports community.
