We present a data analysis using 124.3 fb-1 of data from the BaBar detector. The analysis is a measurement of the branching fractions for the singly Cabibbo-suppressed decay mode BF(D + → π+π0) = (1.21 ± 0.10(stat.) ± 0.08(sys.) ± 0.08(pdg)) × 10-3 and for the doubly Cabibbo-suppressed decay mode BF(D+ → K+π0) = (2.11 ± 0.43 (stat.) ± 0.15(sys.) ± 0.16 (pdg)) × 10-4, where the first error is statistical, the second is systematic and the last is due to the D absolute branching fraction scale.
