By 2050, there will be a significant shift as the aging population is projected to be 83.7 million. Serenity Home Care, LLC is a start-up business designed to offer home care services to the aging population in Orange County (OC). The services offered will be equally beneficial and convenient for families caring for their aging loved ones. Serenity Home Care, LLC will offer skilled nursing, therapeutic, and other personal care services. This business plan demonstrates the need for home health care agencies and how Serenity Home Care intends on providing the elderly population age 65 and older the convenience, comfort and quality of service in the home environment. With the increase in the aging population, supply and demand for home health care agencies is imperative in OC.
