Abstract (Summary)

The study investigates global corporate culture and the relationship between cultural intelligence and transformational leadership within a United States based corporation. Participants in the study were all from one global United States based company. The study included the use of the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire and the Cultural Intelligence Scale. The research found a relationship between a leader’s cultural intelligence and transformational leadership styles. The researcher also found significant differences between a leader’s global experiences inside and outside of the organization and their cultural intelligence and transformational leadership scores.
