Abstract (Summary)

Health care organizations are in need of clear, concise and engaging executive and employee communications to effectively inform, inspire and motivate internal audiences. As an industry in constant change, communication is the key to supporting change management in health care in support of the mission, vision and values of the employer.

Godin Communications, LLC will be a health care communication consulting firm, providing communication strategy, planning, content creation and client support services to health care organizations in Orange County, California. The firm will specialize in internal executive and employee communications to support leadership, change management and human resources initiatives. This business plan outlines the market analysis, feasibility analysis, legal and regulatory considerations, and financial assumptions for the organization.
