This business plan proposes an outpatient smoking cessation treatment center in Los Angeles County called Get Klean, created specifically for women in an effort to help patients reach their goal of smoking cessation. The center will offer various services to our female patients, including consultations, pharmacotherapy, holistic treatments, as well as nutritional advice to help patients manage their potential weight gain after quitting. This proposal includes a market analysis, a feasibility and SWOT analysis, a review of legal and regulatory issues, and lastly, a financial analysis.
