Dissertation/Thesis Abstract

Synthesis of some dinitrosyl iron complexes with chelating ligands
by Jourabchian, Negar, M.S., Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, 2015, 60; 10003853
Abstract (Summary)

A series of Dinitrosyl Iron Complexes have been prepared from reaction of Fe(NO)2(CO)2 with two series of different chelating phosphine ligands. In first series, bidentate chelating phosphines were used. Three novel DNICs with diphenylphosphinoamine ligands have been synthesized in second series. IR spectrometry and NMR were implemented as characterization methods.
