Guardian Angel Dialysis Center, Non-Profit organization, intends to provide exclusive dialysis services to children from 0 to 18 years old. The Center will provide special care and service to young patients by aligning patient and families needs with the organization services. The business plan will describe a proposal, which includes the market analysis, target population, feasibility analysis, legal and regulatory policy analysis and the financial statements. The Dialysis Center envisions that young patients can interrelate with other patients to overcome the several challenges they face while enduring treatment. Furthermore, the business plan will show how the Guardian Angel Dialysis Center, Non-Profit can become financially sustainable while offering superior services for the market intended.
