The continuous and accelerated growth of the senior population in the United States and the needs of this population create demand for housing settings for seniors where their needs can be met. Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) are an option for seniors who are no longer able to live at home but whose medical needs are not at the level of a nursing home. RCFE have been identified as one of the top five health care needs in the Long Beach and surrounding area. Mi Casa Es Su Casa, LLC. will be a six-bed licensed RCFE who will offer certified therapy dogs in the premise as an additional service to capitalize on the many benefits of the human-dog interaction. This business plan will demonstrate how Mi Casa Es Su Casa, LLC. intends on providing high quality services, while being a sustainable and lucrative company.
