WITH|OUT is a collection of six short stories that are linked thematically by characters not quite fitting into the spaces that they inhabit. The stories mostly focus on two sorts of relationships: familial and romantic. In these relationships, the protagonists of the stories deal with anxieties, and while they may be literally in the presence of others, they are largely left out either by their own doing or by the actions of the other characters.
