In Spring 2011, I designed lighting for the show called A Man Walks into the World in the Studio Theatre at California State University, Long Beach. I was really engaged in this show and it connected with me deeply. Both Bruno, main character and I were living in a postmodern society and fight with the unstable and unreliable world. I approached the world from identity, economically, and artist sides. My biggest challenge was how I create the world. I also got new experience from working with a director from Russia. He was really good at playing with what he got on stage. Watching his process and working with him gave me new experience of creativity. In addition, I have read some reviews and considered the audience's response to the show.
